Oakes Fire Department

The Oakes Fire Department, located in Oakes, ND, was established in 1893 and protects both the City of Oakes and surrounding rural townships with a roster of 25 active members. We respond to fire emergencies, car accidents, hazardous material incidences, and rescue situations in our primary response area encompassing 520 square miles, along with mutual aid calls to all surrounding departments that may request our assistance. .
