Oakes United Methodist Church

Oakes United Methodist Church is a congregation whose mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. That is seen in various ways. We are all on a journey of faith as we discover new areas of growth as Christian disciples.

Many of our folks have been in this church all their lives. Others of us have been disciples of Jesus for a good while, but have been part of other congregations. There are still others who have little or no Christian background in any church, and are new disciples of Jesus. In addition to all these types of adults, we have children and youth of all ages. We are fully committed to help each person in their growth as Christian disciples.

Membership is not required in order to participate in the life of Oakes United Methodist Church. Guests are welcome to visit for as long as they like. When you are ready to unite, we offer an invitation to join the church. The main thing for you to know is this:
