Oakland Hills Town Homes formally Wood Crest Manor is serving the Pontiac community by providing affordable housing. We are a market rate community. We offer 2 bedroom town homes with large unfinished basements with laundry hook ups. All of our homes have two bedrooms on the top floor along with a bath. The first floor has a large living room and either an eat in kitchen or a seperate dining room and kitchen. All homes have two entrys one from the front and the back. You dont have to worry about parking because you will have your own personal driveway.
We are currently under new and improved management. Here at Oakland Hills Town Homes we will treat you like family. The office staff provides friendly service and mainteance requests are completed in a short time frame. In addition to changing the ownership and name we are making big improvements here. We are reconstructing the roads to the community, building a dog park and remodeling the clubhouse to give residents a fitness center. We have updated our town homes to give a more modern and comfortable feel.
