I grew up watching my father (a General Contractor since 1965) at his drafting table in his home office, with a sharpened #2 Ticonderoga pencil in hand, transform his client’s houses into personalized homes that met their expanding and evolving needs. My father’s passion of assisting client’s through the process of transforming their homes helped me to develop my own drive to help clients realize the dream of living in home that perfectly suits their needs.
I realize that most real estate agents want to sell/sell/sell your home as the best and only way to satisfy the evolving needs of what you need in a home. And most remodeling contractors want you to remodel your home to an extent that possibly will diminish your long term investment. My goal is to listen to your current needs, including your longer term goals, before proposing a plan that works best for you; whether it be a cost effective renovation or seeking out a home that makes more sense for you in the long run.
