Oasis Dementia Care

With the complexities of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, a holistic approach to care must have a facility that is focused solely on providing a comprehensive support system for families and confronting memory loss health challenges. Oasis Dementia Care was developed to provide this specialized care.

Community Model

Our community model is centralized around four components of care:

The Physical Environment, The Social Environment, The Medical Care, and The Caregivers themselves.

The Physical Environment
• Renovated in 2013, Oasis' building and grounds are custom designed to minimize the environmental impact on individuals affected by memory loss conditions.
Outside, our secure grounds, courtyards, gardens, and raised flower beds provide a peaceful, yet secure connection to the external environment.

The Social Environment
• We bring the comfort of home with plenty of space to move, explore and develop connections. Dedicated team members engage our guests throughout the day with scheduled and unscheduled activities. Approaching everyone as an individual and building routines based on special interests and abilities.

The Medical Care
• From the moment you enter Oasis Dementia Care, you will be immersed in compassionate dementia care expertise and family support services. The Caregivers
• With our low guest/resident-to-staff ratio of 1:6, Oasis offers more personalized attention than multi-purpose facilities. No two guests are alike. All team members go through extensive training to better understand the individual life story of each guest and resident. A caregiver philosophy that we think supports superior outcomes, which in turn results in our guests and their families feeling more safe, secure and valued.
