The Oasis is a small family owned business that has been in the Woodland Community for over 20 years. We are the only all womens fitness facility in the area. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place for you to workout and feel at home.



Classes

We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes. From Yoga and Pilates to Body Pump and Interval Training. They are all taught by highly experienced, educated and ceritfied instructors, that work to modify and make the class right for each participant.
