Chef Prasad Chirnomula of Thali Restaurants fame studied the art of Mexican Cooking in Oaxaca in the spring and summer of 2010. This intensive was the capstone and crowning touch of decades of research on Chef's part about what components an cooking techniques are required to create a distinctive Mexican Flavor profile.
Oaxaca Kitchen is the result of this investigation. Distinctive Mexican dishes spiced in new ways to increase the impact and the resonance of each entree, appetizer and taste.
