O'Brien Fitness Center

O'Brien Recreation Center is very proud to provide the public with a full size exercise and fitness center. The Center features sixteen cardiovascular machines, with polar heart rate monitors, fourteen specially designed Paramount strength machines and a full line of free weight training equipment. The facility also includes a specially designed Aerobic Exercise Room for fitness classes. We offer a series of 'Healthy Fitness' programs and classes for teenagers, adults and seniors. The O'Brien Fitness center is staffed by professional, Nationally Certified Personal Trainers during all hours of operation to service the needs of each member
