Sandy Bottom has everything that you could ask for in a dream week vacation home. There is a private heated pool, private six-person hot tub, a pool table, PlayStation2, wireless Internet, DirecTV including all premium movie channels and the NFL Ticket package and DVDs, books, games and puzzles that will entertain the entire family. We've lightened your load by including towel service, and your beds will be made and ready for you to slip into for a good nights rest after your journey to get to Sandy Bottom. We've even placed a hair dryer in every bathroom so that you have more room in your suitcase for items that you need for the sand and sun.

Sandy Bottom has been updated in 2014 to include the pool table, new flat screen HDTVs in the Great Room and bedrooms (excluding the bunk room), a four-person porch swing, plenty of deck furniture including a hammock, and two new queen sleeper sofas for lounging on and relaxing in the Great Room.

As a guest of Sandy Bottom, you and your entire party will have access to all of the services and amenities that are provided from Koru Village and Spa, (please see description located under distinctive features) located minutes up Hwy 12 in Avon. Their beachfront private pool along with full access to their spa and gym is all included in your Sandy Bottom vacation. You may even indulge in added services that you may purchase such as massages, pedicures and more at Koru Village.
