Ocean Villas II

Ocean Villas II is an oceanfront Timeshare Resort located on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina.

You will be given passes to the local YMCA which has indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a skate park. Take a tour of the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil Hills, visit Roanoke Island (home of England's first settlement in America) or climb the 100 foot high dunes of Jockey's Ridge State Park. These are just a few of the endless adventures that exist on North Carolina's Outer Banks.

Our facility consists of two buildings. The oceanfront building consists of 10 two bedroom units and 2 three bedroom units. This building has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors. The two bedroom units have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a sleep sofa, and 2 bathrooms. The max occupancy for these units is 6. The three bedroom units have 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, a sleep sofa, and 2 bathrooms. The max occupancy for these units is 8. The oceanview building consists of 3 three bedroom units. Each room has excellent ocean views. Each unit has 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, a sleep sofa, and 2 bathrooms. No elevator is available for the ocean view rooms.
