Darke County Steam Threshers is located at the corner of Reed Rd. and U.S. 127 at the scenic York Woods. We are an organization steeped in tradition that promotes the education of many historical agricultural activities and methods. At our annual show in July we have wheat threshing, saw mill operation, both operated by steam power, as well as a teeter totter, and climbing hill for the engines. We promote steam power, tractors, and gas engines. One could not be here without the other and all work together for the good of a greater purpose. We have several other events through out the year, Spring Swap Meet, Eldora camping, 127 Garage Sale, Fall Harvest Show, Massacre Mill Haunted Woods, and Santa Claus Lane. Our website is www.darkecountysteam.com. Our grounds is also available for rental.
