Ohana Stand Up Paddle

Family has always been my number one priority. I am excited to blend my love for family & my fitness career into Ohana Stand Up Paddle.
I will be offering SUPILATES & SUP YOGA on Paddle boards. I will also be renting out SUP's for small family/friend get together.

My hope is you fall in love with nature, find that water is in your soul! and enjoy family outings and FITNESS!

My 1st encounter w/ Stand Up Paddle was in 2012, when I was on Holiday in Ohau, Hawaii. I could not take my eyes off the ocean, and those paddling. I knew then and there this was something I wanted to blend in the 505!

My hope is to bring family and friends together!

PRICES:
*SUP YOGA & SUPILATES $35 per/ 90 min class
*W/own board $10 per class

RENTALS Per SUP Board:
*1 Hour $25
*Extra hour $15

*All Day $65

*Rentals will include paddle & PFD

For WATER SUP YOGA/SUPILATES:

Please bring sunscreen, H20, sunglasses, hat, towel, water shoes or bare feet, & a change of clothes. You will get wet. Must be comfortable in the water.
You can store your items on the board or in a water proof bag if you have one.
Water shoes are nice when walking along the dirt into the lake.
