O’Hare CrossFit began when owner Angelo Sisco began to turn his own life around with health and fitness. After he began CrossFIt, across 7 months, he lost 100 lbs and also found his passion for coaching and motivating others to pursue their goals.

Fast forward 7 years and Angelo has found an entire staff who shares the same vision, passion, and drive for excellence.

The OCF coaching staff’s knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for helping their members is the best in the business. Each coach has had their own struggles and stories of success with health and we believe that is what helps drive them to be such dedicated motivators and leaders to the members.
