Ojai Bobcat Crossfit

We held out first event on December 30th, 2012 and we could not have been more pleased with how well everything turned out. All our profits went to benefit Food For Thought. The Bobcat had its participants running through the streets of Ojai from one checkpoint to another. Each checkpoint offering a different challenge whether it were physical or mental. The checkpoint tasks ranged from standard CrossFit movements to basic trivia and everything in between. Afterwards we provided a BBQ cookout for everyone.

We had a great deal of fun with everyone and we are going to keep the Bobcat events coming.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Crossfit we will be posting videos of Workouts Of The Day (WOD's) and instructional videos on some of the movements that we will be incorporating in our events.
