We have thought about it…talked about it….dreamt about it……Now we are hoping to actually do something about it!
Old Forge Fitness is committed to creating a state of the art fitness center that welcomes everyone of all ages and abilities to improve their fitness and health. To create an affordable, friendly, fun and welcoming fitness environment that encourages, educates and motivates people to achieve their fitness goals.
We will strive to provide a variety of programs and training that are educational, fun and enhance the quality of life through physical fitness, wellness programs and natural and non invasive treatments. We plan to offer classes, personal training and deep tissue laser treatments for pain management, sports injuries, inflammation, arthritis, etc.
