Old Point Comfort Marina

Old Point Comfort Marina is now open to the public.

We have accommodations for over 300 boats in our marina. All of our slips are floating docks that range from 25 to 50 ft in length, and include dockside water, 30 and/or 50 amp shore power, after hours security, and are located within a sheltered harbor. We do not allow Live Aboards.

Our facilities include two bath houses (heads and showers), laundry room, ship's store, bait shop, boat ramp (open 24 hours), pump outs, and a fuel dock (gas and diesel).

Now open upstairs overlooking the water, The Deadrise! This is the brand new waterfront sea food restaurant on historic Fort Monroe at the Old Point Comfort Marina. Open 7 days a week from 11 to 10 Tuesday - Saturday and 11 to 9 on Sunday and Monday. Call 757-788-7190 for more info!

•Annual Slip Fee: $6.50 per ft. of slip/per month.
Lease requires a 12 month commitment.

•Seasonal Slip Fee: $7.50 per ft. of slip/per month.
Lease requires a 6 month commitment.

•Monthly Slip Fee: $8.50 per ft. of slip/per month.

•Weekly Slip Fee: $5.50 per ft. of slip/per week.

•Transient Slip Fee $2.00 per ft. of boat/per night.
Transient Slip Fee $1.50 per ft. of boat/per night, with Boat U.S. Membership.

•Diesel $2.42(closes 30 min before close of business)
•Pump Out $5.00 (closes 30 min before close of business)
•Boat Launch $5.00 (after hours, put money in the drop box beside the ramp)
•Kayak Launch $2.00 (after hours, put money in the drop box beside the ramp)
(Annual Launches for both boats and kayaks are available for purchase in the ship store!)

•From Thimble Shoal tower on the Lower Bay it is about three nautical miles to the tip of Old Point Comfort
•A series of shipping channel markers will direct you southwest (and deep water)
•You will see the Chamberlin Hotel as you approach the point. Follow point to south end (look for warning signs near the rotting pilings of the old steamer docks)
•At point's SW corner, turn North, leaving to port flashing green #1 and the entrance for the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel
•OPCM is opposite flashing green #3
