Our boutique fitness center is unique in that we combine a high-power, effective fitness program with a nutrition plan so that you can get yourself healthy in all aspects of life. Classes available 7 days a week.
Our 10 Week Challenge features 50 training sessions (including explosive cardio, kickboxing, strength training, and MMA conditioning) over the course of 10 weeks. Each day brings a different method of training, so you will never get bored!
On the nutrition side, we don't believe in fad diets or magic shakes. We have a full time certified Nutritional Specialist who is available to help your reach fitness goals.
