Old Tioga Farm

Old Tioga Farm is a small vegetable farm and farm-to-table restaurant located in rural Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Justin and Dillon Naylor.

Justin's experience in agriculture came from two apprenticeships on organic farms in Pennsylvania. His introduction to classic Italian cooking came through the cookbooks of Marcella Hazan. During the summer of 2005, Justin and Dillon traveled to Italy for a series of apprenticeships at several farms. While there, they made cheeses, cooked with Italian farm families, and assisted in restaurant kitchens.

In 2006, Justin apprenticed at Osteria Pane e Salute in Woodstock, Vermont, under Caleb Barber and Deirdre Heekin.

In 2007, the Naylors moved to Stillwater to found Old Tioga Farm in a farmhouse built in 1831. Five-course set menus are served most Fridays and Saturdays, year round (please check our website for details). Old Tioga Farm is a licensed restaurant and is BYOB. Two dining rooms seat a maximum of 16 people. The restaurant uses the farm's own produce and local, sustainably-raised meats as much as possible and strives for the finest quality in all ingredients.

Old Tioga Farm's goal is to give guests the unique experience of fine cooking in a rural setting, following Slow Food principles.

Since 2011, we have been selling our vegetables through the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model to a limited number of customers. Feel free to contact us if interested.
