Old Town Spring Heights Task Force

The OTSHTF is a group of churches located primarily in Spring Heights, represented by pastors and volunteer members of their congregations. The Task Force has the vision to improve the Spring Heights neighborhood through increasing communication with residents, sponsoring events that enhance a sense of community, driving out drugs, and working with those who have a desire to improve their situation.
