Class Descriptions
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a style of Japanese Jiu Jitsu developed in Brazil. This style of Jiu Jitsu focuses on large joint locks, such as arm bars, and chokes. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has almost become a requirement for anyone interested in Mixed Martial Arts. In this class you will learn sweeps, chokes, arm bars, submission defense, and much more.
Dress code: Gi, Shirt, shorts
Equipment: Only the Gi is required
Boxing
Our Boxing program is designed for all levels. This boxing program goes over various combinations, boxing stance and footwork, defense, and includes multiple variations of boxing style workouts. Our Boxing II Program covers ring work, and advanced applications of combinations and defense tactics. Boxers require core balance and stamina, so be ready to work up a real sweat.

Muay Thai
This is an Authentic Muay Thia program that teaches you the science of Eight Limbs. Learn combinations with punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Kike boxing, Muay Thai requires a lot of core balance and stamina. Our Muay Thai II program will show how to apply the combinations against another skilled opponent. Come and find out why Muay Thai has become a staple in the Mixed Martial Arts Community.

Kids MMA Fitness
Kids MMA Fitness is a fun and comprehensive martial arts program with an emphasis on Discipline, Self-Esteem, and Respect. The Kids MMA Fitness program covers Boxing, Muay Thai, American Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Fitness. This program uses a series of games and drills to help kids learn Martial Arts, while having a great time.

Alpha Challenge
The Alpha Challenge program is a Strength and Conditioning program designed to get challengers ready for events such as the Spartan Race, the Zombie Race, Tough Mudder, and many more. Our students regularly compete in these events. If you are looking for fun, then this is the class for you. *Warning: Side effects of this class include a positive outlook on life, ridiculously ripped abs, and happiness!*

Define + Sweat
Our Define and Sweat program is designed to tone and develop cardio. This class includes a combination various calisthenics, aerobic movements, and light weight lifting. If you are looking to get back into shape, but you are bored of the old tiered gym routine, then this is the class for you. Get into shape the fun way!!

Loco’s House of Pain and Beast Mode On
This program perfectly complements our BJJ, Muay Thai, and Boxing program. These programs go BEYOND FITNESS, specifically created to focus on core balance, cardio, flexibility, agility, coordination, and of course strength. These classes are perfect for fighters, or if you are just looking to get into fighting shape.

Pain and Gain
Do you want to get stronger, faster, and more powerful? Pain and Gain is the class that can get you there. Whether you are an athlete, body builder, or health enthusiast, the “Power Hour” can help you reach your goals. This class uses the principals of specificity and periodization. This class will push you to your limits. Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness (DOMS) maybe experienced.
