O’Leary Asphalt, Inc. is a family owned, fully licensed asphalt maintenance contractor which has been in business successfully since 1985. Both Kevin and Jerry O’Leary bring the experience and expertise developed over a period of more than 26 years. Both owners pride themselves on being “hands-on” participants since the companies inception.

We offer courteous and professional services including complimentary estimates and consultations. We have a broad range of experience working directly with neighborhood management associations, board members and other property management committees as well as general contractors.
