We are an all volunteer fire department established and state incorporated May 28, 1993 as an Title 18 department with a ISO Public Protection Classification 8B/10 rating. We are also a IRS 501(c)3 public charity organization meaning all donations are tax deductible.
We operate from one station with 20 volunteers and 11 vehicles covering 44 square miles operating with a budget totally supported from fire protection agreements, service fees, donations, fundraisers and grants.
We currently respond to approximately 100 emergency and non-emergency incidents annually.
Board/Fire Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the fire station open to the public.
