Olympic Health Club

As one of the longest running gyms in Northern California we pride ourselves on having created a unique training environment. We strive to maintain a facility that allows both serious weightlifters and those less experienced to get the most out of their workouts without contending with issues that are common in chain gyms. There are no crowds at our gym which allows members to train in ways that are not possible at other gyms, such as incorporating super sets. We have also created a comfortable atmosphere where everyone respects each other, which has been possible because of our positive members and management. We have been in business for over thirty years and because of this longevity we have created a culture that can be appreciated by anyone who is a training enthusiast. For those that may not have had years of gym experience we offer free personal training to get new members working out safely and effectively.
