Olympic Run Ranch

Olympic Run Ranch (ORR), is a pioneering agricultural business owned and operated by Nicole Witham in the historical farming community of Chimacum, WA on the North Olympic Peninsula. ORR specializes in the humane and sustainable breeding and rearing of a diverse collection of livestock: Heritage breed Tamworth Pigs, Dairy Goats, Angus Cattle, and Ducks. Each creature is raised for a number of products such as raw meat, sausage, cured/smoke meat, raw milk, eggs, and lard. Our unique angle on a multi-species production system generates old-world food products that showcase the natural foraging habits of our animals and the rich terroir of this area.
