Om Shanti Kids Yoga

Om Shanti Kids Yoga became official in April of 2015. Originally starting out as a single yoga instructor, 20 yoga mats stuffed in her car and a mission to discover what she wanted to “do with her life”.

Founder and owner Zoe Parente wanted bring yoga to children everywhere, encouraging an early practice of yoga that can grow with children into adulthood.

Between the stress of school, friends and even their home life children are often bogged down, tired and over scheduled, our yoga classes offer children the opportunity to breathe and be free for at least 60 minutes.
Our method incorporates fun, creative ways for children to exercise and explore more than just the physical body, their mind and to learn about yoga. Providing a positive, non-competitive environment for children to express themselves the way they want the world to see them.
Classes are filled with games, music and fun poses making it stand out compared to traditional adult classes. Children's yoga is about working together and setting goals, as a class children achieve poses and support each other.
