As our namesake indicates, we seek to balance mind, body, and spirit. We were born of the desire to create an environment for growth through our offerings of traditional floor yoga, acro yoga, and zero gravity yoga.

Our goal is to foster and build a community, being mindful of the fact that we each come to yoga from very different perspectives and at different parts of our own journeys. We seek to offer an environment that supports growth and discovery, and encourages exploration on and off our mats.
