At Once Upon a Child, we love our customer community! This Facebook page was designed for us to be able to share with you and for you to be able to share pictures, comments and links with us and other members. We love hearing your thoughts. To keep our page a happy home we ask that you private message our page with any issue or concerns you may have. Positive or negative, every customer's opinion deserves to be validated and heard. Constructive criticism is always respected and appreciated, if shared with tact and with the intention of helping us grow. Negative comments will be removed once the situation has been resolved. Remember, this is our online home. And like any home, we have expectations for acceptable behavior.

If we witness any foul language, promotion of other businesses, hateful or discriminatory speech, antagonistic comments or anything else we deem unacceptable, we will remove your posts.
