As often as possible we strive to use natural, organic, sustainable and local foods – including certified non-GMO oils. We offer meats & poultry that are 100% natural, free range, no hormones, no antibiotics and vegetarian fed. And we only offer seafood that is recommended by the Seafood Watch.
