We Teach Baseball Players and Coaches What They Need To Know To Succeed!
1 – DEFENSE
We cover the basics of every position on the field. Once you have the basics down, we will help you get that extra edge by teaching advanced techniques. But it all starts with the fundamentals!


HITTING FOR AVERAGE
Although “Chicks Dig the Long Ball”. In order to really succeed on offense you need to learn how to hit for average. We are going to teach you the fundamentals of hitting if you are willing to listen and apply what we teach.


HITTING FOR POWER
Now it’s time to hit for power. Contrary to what you may be thinking we aren’t just talking about hitting home runs. Don’t worry though, once you learn to hit for power the way we teach, those will happen without you even trying.


ARM STRENGTH
Most of the time, when one thinks about “Arm Strength” they think about pitching speed for pitchers. Although we do coach this for pitching in another “Pitching Tools” area of our site, we teach overall arm strength for baseball in general.

SPEED
Player and coaches “Feel the Need for Speed” in baseball. We take speed a few steps further than just getting faster around the bases. We help your overall speed in the field and reflexes while fielding as we coach players to train as athletes.


PITCHING
We like to think pitching has it own Five Fundamentals players and coaches need to practice as well. We have training for pitching too. We teach the following: 1) Pitching Arm Strength 2) Ball Movement 3) Control and Command 4) Body Type 5) Mental Make Up and Athleticism
