Optimal Performance

Any of our services are open to the public. You do not need a membership to use our services. We do offer 24-hr access to those who would like a membership or clients who currently use our services. We offer personal training, massage therapy, yoga and group classes. Our trainers, therapists and instructors are all certified and have over three years of experience in their field. We strive to provide an atmoshpere for all demographics- young/old, athletes/general public, rehabilitative/beginners/peak fitness level, etc.
