Optimum Body Fitness is a fitness facility offering group fitness classes that fuse traditional calisthenics, plyometrics, and body weight exercises with high-intensity interval training and strength training. We are dedicated to helping you meet your fitness goals while working out with a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Our bootcamp classes are 35 minutes long and are designed to push all participants harder than they would push themselves while getting results FAST! Our strength and conditioning classes last about an hour, including olympic lifts on side of cardio, pushing you to that extra level. All exercises are explained and demonstrated by our certified trainers who are there to assist, motivate, and modify depending on your fitness level.
