Introducing Orama, in Edgewater, New Jersey, located on the Hudson River across from Manhattan. Orama offers guests a distinctive dining and hospitality experience. Prominent builder Allen G. Myhren, acclaimed architect Mark Virgona, famed interior designer Vanessa DeLeon, award-winning landscape designer Adam Hoppe, and internationally renowned artist Alex Morales have teamed together with Orama Hospitality Group, Ltd., to create a sweeping two-floor space in the style of a Mediterranean waterfront villa.

The artistically designed interior offers a visually stunning backdrop for our global menu. Mediterranean, American, and Asian dishes—some classic, some innovative—will be featured. Guests can reserve a seat at our tasting table and interact with the chef for a unique and personalized dining experience. Wine Director Christian Galliano’s selection of wine, beer, and spirits skillfully compliments the flavor of the food.
