Orange County Animal Rescue Pull And Transport

A 501(c)3 based in Orange County, which has pull rights at O.C. Animal Care Services, must be able to authorize me to pull on their behalf and transport to a pre-determined location within Orange County. I might be willing to transport to Los Angeles for an additional charge. Payment is to be made via Paypal before I pull. My car is small and can handle two cats, two small dogs or one large breed dog.
