What is Orangetheory Fitness?
It's a one hour TOTAL body workout! Half endurance, half strength and power. Half way through the class we switch to ensure variety and challenges.
Everyone wears a heart rate monitor. We train in 5 heart rate zones. Your results will show up live in real time on one of the large monitors inside the studio. Each class we provide you with a personal fitness coach to ensure you are not over training or under training.
