Orangetheory is dynamic personal training. It is a one-hour total body work out that trains you in strength, power and endurance using treadmills water (yes water!) rowing machines and other equipment like SPT straps, weights, bosu balls et. We train in all 5 zones and everyone wears a heart-rate monitor which is displayed on a screen in the studio to give you real time results. Our awesome fitness coaches give you a diffent workout everyday with a lot of varielty and challenges. This workout is based in science and gets results!
