Orangetree

Orangetree is a census-designated place (CDP) in Collier County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,406 at the 2010 census, up from 950 in 2000. It is part of the Naples - Marco Island Metropolitan Statistical Area.GeographyOrangetree is located in northwestern Collier County at, northeast of downtown Naples.According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 11.4km2, of which 9.9km2 is land and 1.6sqkm, or 13.60%, is water.DemographicsAs of the census of 2000, there were 950 people, 327 households, and 292 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 214.8 people per square mile (83.0/km²). There were 355 housing units at an average density of 80.3/sq mi (31.0/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.05% White, 1.26% African American, 0.11% Native American, 0.21% Asian, 0.11% Pacific Islander, 1.89% from other races, and 1.37% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 13.58% of the population.
