At OSC, we teach traditional Taekwon-do, as created and developed by General Choi Hong Hi, the father and founder of Taekwon-do. Students will learn discipline, respect, and focus, as well as patterns (forms), self-defense, sparring, and board breaking. Classes will be structured and also offer a physical workout.

Head instructor Ms. Misty Goff (4th Dan) is an international instructor and world champion. She has been training in Taekwon-do for 14 years and teaching for almost 10 years. She has participated in many tournaments and competitions through the years, in the local, national, and international levels. She has also trained under the guidance of several high-ranking masters and grandmasters. Ms. Goff earned her black belt in 2003 and since then has continued devotedly through the ranks to 4th Dan black belt, which she earned in March 2013. Ms. Goff loves children and is also a nanny and certified in First Aid/CPR/AED.

DIRECTIONS/LOCATION:

1) From Iliff (just west of I-225), turn south on S. Troy Street.

2) Take 2nd entrance on the right into the underground lot.

3) Park at far end of lot.

4) When you walk up the stairs we are the first door on the right, located with Brian Copeland's Core Fitness.
