Our luxury villa is situated in Allamanda Grace within the Crescent Lakes community, off South Poinciana Boulevard. 20 minutes from Disney.

Our villa is 4 bedroom/2 bathroom with spacious open plan living areas including a family room, lounge with separate formal dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a utility room, games room, private south facing pool with hot-tub and large deck area.


Master bedroom/En-suite
Large room with king sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, TV and patio door to pool.
En-suite includes a double vanity unit, walk in shower, bath and wc.

Bedroom 2
Spacious room with queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes and TV. Next to main bathroom.

Bedroom 3
Spacious room with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and TV.

Bedroom 4
A further double bedroom fitted with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, TV and Xbox.

Bathroom
Vanity unit, shower, bath and wc. Can also be accessed from the pool.

Kitchen
Fully equipped dining kitchen including: Table and chairs, breakfast bar and stools, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, dish towels, etc…

Utility room
Ample room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board etc, also provides access to the games room.

Family room, Lounge and Dining areas
There are 2 separate seating areas, 1 family room which has Cable TV and a DVD player whilst the lounge can be used to relax with a book after a busy day at the parks. There is a formal dining table with seating for 6.

The games room includes a pool table and table tennis table.

Large enclosed private swimming pool with separate hot tub. Large deck perfect for lounging and alfresco dining!

5 minutes from the villa is Green Meadows Petting Farm, we haven’t been personally yet but believe it is worth a visit. Perhaps on a day when you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the bigger attractions a few hours could be spent here.
