Our 29 doctors are specialists in the medicine of motion. They provide orthopaedic, spine, sports medicine, concussion, and podiatry care. The physicians have board certification and advanced training, and have helped thousands of adults and children just like you get back to their sport, work, or family time. Serving the residents of CO, WY, and NE since 1969 with specialty-focused care.The OCR physicians have taken care of people throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska since 1969.

Our highly specialized doctors include orthopaedic surgeons, spine surgeons, sports medicine physicians, podiatrists, and a neuropsychologist for sports concussions.

We currently employ 339 highly skilled and hard working individuals between our three offices (Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley). In may, we opened our Greeley location and are still growing!
