Dance Energy Transformation is a transformational work using the power of dance, expression, self-acceptance through the heart and meditation as a therapeutic process. It can be at the very least a freeing discovery of aliveness in the body and emotions - yet in it's depth can lead participants to understand their psychological issues, learn to transform negative energies within themselves, find self-love and acceptance, discover their basic gifts and life challenges, and easily enter meditation.

Dance Energy Transformation is based on the vision of enlightened Master Osho - the concept of Zorba the Buddha. People can move into meditation in a way that is not difficult and serious, but alive and joyous. The dance meditation techniques give us tools to express the colors of life - feeling, crying. laughing. Living all of our emotions and energies as they are brings joy, self-love and opens the door to fall into presence and silence.

In the groups we learn the alchemy of transformation - love and acceptance, intense aliveness and a witnessing presence. We bring this alchemy to our bodies, energies, and feelings through dance expression, heart and silence.

As we dance, the restrictions of conditioning that have burdened our hearts begin to melt, and be transformed. Many of the repressed energies and feelings that we carry like a burden have important, vital and beautiful qualities hidden beneath them - qualities which we need for our lives - to enjoy, grow, evolve into the unique being we are meant to be. We discover the treasures inside of us.
