Our Lady of Wisdom Newman Center

The Newman Center is a place for students of all walks of life to come together and grow in fellowship and faith. We're dedicated to providing a welcoming and friendly environment to all students, faculty, and community members, including non-Catholics. Whether you're a new student or a lifelong resident of Reno, all are welcome!

The Newman Center was established in 1965 and has been serving the Reno, NV community since then. We embody the vision of John Henry Newman, who began the first collegiate center for Catholics, when he says: "The love of our private friends is the only preparatory exercise for the love of all men."
