Our Topsail Escape

The best spot on Topsail Island with the best of both worlds. Welcome to "Our Topsail Escape" where you can truly have it all! Not only is the beach only 400 feet away, you have boating, fishing, a pool and hot tub, basketball court and more right at the house. This brand new property features hardwood floors, granite counter tops, elevator access to all floors, new furniture, outdoor enclosed shower and stunning views!

This stylishly fun 2100 sq. foot duplex house is unlike other houses that only offer the beach. At “Our Topsail Escape” there are unlimited things to do. You can choose to spend your days relaxing at the never crowded beach through the private beach access; use a boat, jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards; or catch some rays at the huge pool with hot tub. With a private boat ramp in the community and a day dock right out the back door, you can keep your boat nearby during your whole stay and be on the water in a minutes notice. There is no need to go to the pier since you can fish right from the back of the house and clean them at the fish cleaning station in the marina. Imagine catching your own dinner!

About the house: We just purchased this new construction in August 2016. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. This duplex features a reverse floor plan. The ground level features a carport for two vehicles with additional parking in the front of the community. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water. There is a large mudroom with a desk great for those who want to work from the beach as well as room for your beach and fishing gear. With elevator access on this floor, there is no need to lug suitcases and bags of groceries up multiple flights of stairs. This is a great asset for elderly guests.

The second floor features three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, wall mounted 48 inch LED SMART TV, walk out deck that overlooks the canal. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, access to the deck overlooking the water, walk in closet, and wall mounted 32 inch Smart TV with Ruko. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin trundle bed and a wall mounted 32 inch Smart TV with Ruko. This room is spacious and great for the kids!

The top floor features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with lot of cabinets, a beautiful backsplash and granite counter tops. There is a large 4-seat bar, a separate refrigerator for beverages, counter height dining room table for 8, a couch which is a pullout queen sleeper, a love seat, 2 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and a wall mounted 55 inch LED HD SMART TV with sound bar! You can sit and read in the chaise lounge chairs; play many of the available board games; watch an available DVDs, Netflix, HBO, MLB.TV, to name a few; or even play with the WII. The deck off this floor is great to enjoy your morning coffee or eat a meal at the table for 4 or enjoy a beverage, as the views are fantastic.

About the Area: There are several highly-rated golf courses within minutes from the house, fresh seafood markets, restaurants ranging from fast food to gourmet, mini-golf, shopping, party boats, grocery stores, churches, and so much more all immediately accessible. If you don’t have your own boat, jet ski, kayak or bikes, you can rent them locally and have it delivered to the house. Wilmington is only a 30 minute drive to the South with great attractions like the USS North Carolina Battleship, Aquarium, great shopping, tours, etc!

“Our Topsail Escape” is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Limit of 2 pets up to 50 lbs each.
