When my husband and myself both retired from our daily jobs we decided to take up at home crafts. He was learning how to carve on leather and taught himself to paint pictures on the leather after carving on it.

I always liked to crochet and taught myself to do Needle Felting. My felting started as toys for children to play with and I expanded to creating needle felted pictures. Instead of using any type of paint,I used wool roving to add the required colors and shapes.

We found ourselves with more items than we could use and more than our families needed also. We signed up at Etsy to list our items for sale and decided to put an advertisement on Facebook.
