Welcome to Outer Limits! We have been in business for 30 years, and have 3 locations in Orange County. We specialize in clean, custom tattoos. You won't see any flash on the walls in our studio. We'd prefer to sit down with you and design something personal to YOU, instead of giving you the same tattoo as many other people. Our hourly rate is $150/hr, and the minimum for small work is $75. Appointments must be done in person, and there is a $75 deposit to hold your time spot (this is deducted from the final cost). We do take walk-ins depending on our schedule. Come on down and we'll do what we can to get you in!

Our piercing staff is always available for new piercings, suggestions, jewelry insertions, questions, etc. Gregg and Elizabeth have almost 20 years combined experience, and attend the Association of Professional Piercers conference every year to keep up with new techniques and progress in the industry.

We only carry the highest quality implant grade, ASTM certified Stainless Steel and Titanium, and all of our metal jewelry is manufactured by hand in the USA (mostly California), not overseas. We care about you, so we care about what we put in your body. Biocompatible materials and a perfect mirror finish are extremely important in the process of helping your body accept a foreign object instead of reject it.

MINOR PIERCINGS:
Our minimum age for most basic piercings is 16 with parental consent and proper identification, and earlobes can be done at age 14. Nipples, genitals, industrials, and surface piercings are 18+.
