Outside the Box

“Outside the Box” is a Child Development Center that specializes in multi-sensory learning. We work with special needs and typical children in the same classroom. We utilize four curriculums for younger babies (8 weeks – 8 months), older babies (8 months to 16 months), toddlers 16 – 36 months, and young children (3 – 6 years old). Our curriculums are designed to foster attachment and bonding with the parents or caretakers by engaging in activities that introduce sensory stimulation through play. Brain development is our priority as well as setting a foundation for “potential future learning”. Much research has been published to date outlining the significance of plasticity and evolvement of the infant/child brain and how this foundation of learning can and will lead to greater learning potential later in life.
