Opened in 1996, OutWest features dining in an upscale yet casual setting amidst original southwestern artifacts, antiques and paintings. Chef Bobby Leloudis, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Chef George Leloudis, a graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute are co-owners fusing their Mediterranean heritage with southwestern cuisine.
All of our steaks are USDA choice or higher, mid-western grain fed and hand cut in-house to our specifications. We also offer a diverse range of poultry, seafood, and pork dishes. Our Saddle Room is a routine recipient of the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence".
