Firms decide who can use their space, set the price, terms, services & amenities they offer, and the rules for use of their space and equipment.

For independent attorneys, OWLS provides access to off-market work and meeting space that is specifically built by lawyers, for lawyers.

The spaces are convenient, professional, cost-effective, and allow for attorney networking with the host law firm.

OWLS markets the space (not upfront fee to list space), prescreens the candidates, coordinates the tours, handles all contracts, admin and payments. Firms merely need to provide the space, and collect payment from OWLS.
