Oxford Valley Co-Operative Preschool and Kindergarten

Oxford Valley Co-operative Preschool and Kindergarten is a non-profit, non-discriminatory organization that has been providing quality, Christ-centered experiences for preschoolers since 1972. We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a private academic school for three, four and five year olds. Our concept of parental involvement in the classroom and on class trips continues to be a major plus for our program. This enables parents to observe their child in various group situations while contributing their interests, skills and assistance to the total program.

Director/Teachers:

Our Director/Kindergarten teacher has been with the school since its inception. She has a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Temple University and has years of experience teaching nursery school, kindergarten and elementary grades. Providing a strong Christian and academic foundation for youngsters has been her life’s work and this special love for children provides a warm, loving atmosphere in the classroom.

The Preschool teachers are also well qualified with degrees in Early Childhood Education, Music, and Speech Pathology, and are certified by the Department of Education. They are favorites with the children because of their creative teaching abilities and the gentle way they handle the children.
