P5 Elite Personal Training LLC

We are Tim and Tiffany Plants, the co-owners/operators of P5 Elite Personal Training LLC. We are both Master Certified Personal Trainers and Certified Nutrition Consultants. As children, we were both involved in athletics which later grew into a passion for fitness. As adults, our passion for fitness led us to the school that would change our lives - the National Personal Training Institute. NPTI is where we met, fell in love and realized that we shared the same dream to own a gym. After 3 kids, tons of experience and a lot of "life", we feel like it is time to share our in-depth knowledge and love of fitness with you! We are not a come-and-go as you please gym. We operate by appointment only based on the needs of your schedule. We work with you one-on-one or in a group to ensure proper technique, consult on reasonable nutritional intake and keep you motivated to reach your goals. Not only can we help people reach their fitness goals, but we can also help athletes reach higher levels with PRESS, our Athletic Training program. We believe Power, Repetition, Endurance, Strength and Speed are the key ingredients in all elite athletes. Whatever your goal(s), we can help you reach them and exceed them.
