Welcome to Pennsylvania CareerLink Luzerne County. Our offices are located in both Hazleton and Wilkes Barre. PA CareerLink is a statewide cooperative effort to provide career services to job-seekers, cwda-careerlinkemployers, and other interested individuals. Our offices represent a one-stop location where customers have ready access to all of the government agencies involved in administering job training assistance. CareerLink staff aids in the recruitment, screening, and referral of qualified job applicants and determining eligibility for training program reimbursement.
